															About Event
									At Maono Space, we create a safe and supportive environment where men can openly discuss their mental health without judgment. These sessions focus on breaking the stigma around men expressing emotions, addressing challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, and burnout, and promoting emotional well-being. Through open conversations, peer support, and guided activities, we help men build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster stronger connections within the community. It’s a space to listen, be heard, and know you’re not alone.
